Oil field management company AG Striker has found an ocean of oil off Equatorial Guinea's coast. They hold a lease for the area with the government of Equatorial Guinea, but the corrupt dictorial regime is preventing them from obtaining permanent control. Enlisting the CIA and private military company Hadrian, Striker plans to overthrow the dictatorship and replace it with a puppet government.
